Mira Agile dual control not working

Hi, our Mira Agile dual control isn’t operating so the water flow is coming out of both shower heads. Having done some research am thinking it is a new cartridge that is required. Please can you kindly advise before I order the part. Thanks v much. Wendy Sample

I have sent an email to Mira to find out about this showers diverter cartridge , as this maybe the faulty one. But I have still not had a response. You may try contacting them yourself just incase they dont reply to me this week.
