Leaking Pronta shower valve

I've taken the plinth off my Gran's shower tray to find water dripping near the pipework. I think it's coming from the Mira Pronta valve as when the control valve is switched off the leak stops. Any ideas and hoe to solve this please?

If it is a fault with the valve then a new cartridge will solve the problem, however I think you need to do a bit more investigating just to make sure that, that is the fault.
