Mira Agile Shower Not Heating Up

I have a Mira Agile mixer shower which is just over 3yrs old. It has been used everyday with no problems. My daughter has been away at University for 3 months and hasn’t been used. She went to use it yesterday and only cold water is coming out and not heating up even when turned fully on. Could it be the cartridge ?

Yes it may very well be the cartridge..
However...... try turning it on and winding it from fully hot to fully cold 20 or so times because I have a feel that it may be sticking inside.
