no hot water

hi i was hoping you would be able to help i have a mira agile erd just over 15 months old and suddenly i cant get any hot water up to the shower heads. it reaches the mixer(it feels really hot)but goes no further i have taken out the filters and cleaned them there was hardly anything in them put together and still no joy would this part in your opinion be the one thats causing the problem,is the problem something that happens when this part fails,thanks. brian coleman

Well you have checked all the obvious things, which leaves the temperature cartridge, these are fairly reliable in these showers and 15 months is awfully short life span for this, however I can't think that it can be anything else other than the cartridge.
