Filter may be blocked or cartridge may be faulty.

Which cartridge would I need for this shower and what would the cost be? Is it something which is easy to fit ourselves or would we need a plumber? Where is the filter so we can check that first? Many thanks for your help. Carol Green

Not quite sure what parts 4 or 7 are. Our instructions are labelled in letters not numbers. We have a mira pronta ev shower
