Cartridge looks different

Hi, I am trying to locate a cartridge for my mira shower. This is the correct part however comparing it with other images online, this looks different. Is this a mira product or an equivalent? If I purchase and I find that it does that work, what is your returns policy

There are two cartridges for this shower depending on if it has two or one handle.

Hi, if you search the part number on google they all come up with the same image. However yours looks different. I have attached an example.

The only difference is that the one in the picture that you sent does not have the spring at the back of the cartridge on it.
