Mira Aquations Fixed Head

I have a Mira Fixed Head (bir) and all I want is the large washer at the top of Part 3. Is this possible?

This is an "O" ring and is not supplied seperately by the manufacturer. You could probably obtain one from your local plumb store or diy outlet.
