What other head can I use

Instead of repairing ,what other type of shower head can I replace with

There isn’t an easy alternative withouth renewing the connection that goes into the wall, you are better repairing.

 

If you look here http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-accessories/shower-heads/mira you can see the heads that fix direct to the wall however as I said the wall fixings will have to be replaced to accomadte the new head.
