This question is regarding Mira Atom Bar Mixer Ceramic Flow Cartridge - 1744.107

Flow valve

I recently purchased a flow valve from you and it's the wrong one. It's too big. I purchased the 1630.046. If the 1744.107 is smaller then I believe that must be the correct valve as there doesn't appear to be anything else that looks like the one I have. Could you please confirm. Thank you

Changing this or refunding you for this is not a problem.

However....... Although these cartridges all look very similar they are in fact all slightly different and therefore not interchangeable we need to know which shower you have so we can get the correct cartridge

If you are not sure can you send us a photo of your shower and a photo of your existing cartridge?
