Leaking shower

Mira atom erd thermostatic bar valve shower. Cold water dripping from centre of bar where hose comes out. Plumber told me I needed a new flow cartridge which I purchased from yourselfs. Part replaced with no improvement, still dripping. Any ideas in what can be causing problem?

It may be the washer that the hose pushes against needs changed or the part that the hose goes on is coming loose or its washer has corroded and needs replaced.
