This question is regarding Mira Atom ERD (MK1) Thermostatic Valve Shower Spares (2008-2010)

No water

Our shower comes on for around 5 minutes then goes off? (New shower) It's a Mira atom mixer shower. If it's on cold it will come on for 5 mins, go off then when it's turned to hot it will come on for 5 mins then go off again. If it's left on then it will come on again about 10 mins later and repeat?

In order to work out the problem, we need to know which system your shower runs off of.
Gravity , pumped or mains.

I think it's just the mains? The taps are in the attic

You will need to be sure of the type of system, as the shower may have been fitted to a system that it is not suitable for.

It's from the mains

You may have a faulty , www.showerdoc.com/mira-atom-coda-thermostatic-cartridge-assembly-1663-114 , or the hot water maybe hotter than the manufacturers recommendations coming into the shower.
