Mira atom thermostatic mixer bar

Hi we have above shower and have a cold water leak from the tiny screw on the bar behind the pole that holds the shower head. Any clues on how to fix and what parts our plumber needs plz

Some PTFE tape around the grub screw may solve the leak.
