Shower Leak from Outlet Connector

Hi, my Mira Atom Thermostatic Bar Valve Shower has started leaking from around the outlet valve (see photo). Will I need to need to take the bar mixer apart to identify the source of the leak or is there a certain part that is prone to failure?
