Water comes out regardless of whether power button is on or off. Water also stays warm but switch on appliance seems to work led indicator turns on and off but appliance doesn’t actually turn off

If the water keeps coming out of the shower head when you switch the main isolator off then you need Flow valve assembly

If it stops running when you switch the isolator off then you have an electrical fault inside the shower such as a micro switch stuck in the on position or a faulty PCB.
