mira azora fault - water stops after 3 mins

hi, our mira azora works for just 3 minutes, and then stops, could you tell me which part should i order to fix the problem? we bought it nearly 3 years ago and has been working fine since. unfortuanatly we have since lost the reciept. thanks

If the water shuts off after about 3 mins then it sounds like the coil part number MIRA-416.51 has become faulty and needs replaced. You will find this item on the spares diagram under the heading shower spares and Mir electric showers or entering the part number in to the search bar on the top right of the homepage on our website.

I had this problem: flow stops after 3 minutes. power light remains on. Not related to temperature. Will continue to stop/start every few minutes. As recommended here, I replaced 'MIRA FLOW VALVE & INLET ASSEMBLY 1563.540' (which includes the solenoid), and the problem is fixed. As both solenoid and valve are replaced, I don't know which was at fault.
