Mira azora pressure

A few months back I asked why would my Mira shower only produce heat when I dropped the pressure coming into the unit, shower Doc suggested that my temp/ pressure valve was faulty. To support this suggestion, I removed the shower head and regardless of where I had the temp control, warm or cold, the pressure/ volume of water remained the same. I therefore ordered the new assembly. Unfortunately having just fitted the pressure unit, the fault remains, and the test as performed with the shower head off, has the same high volume, no matter where the switch rests. Any ideas?

When replacing the flow valve , did you make sure that you turned the cog at the bottom of the heating tank fully clockwise before fitting the temperature control belt? If this was the case then you may have a fault in the tank. Answered 9 years ago by Anonymous
