This question is regarding Mira Azora - Shower Spares

Mira Azora shower

When I pull the power cord to turn on my shower the light on the cord come on, however when I press the power on button on the shower the cord light goes off and am not getting any water from the shower. When I press the power button again on the shower then it turn light back on but no water coming out of the shower head any suggestions. Thanks.

You may have a faulty pull cord switch , which is causing this, not a faulty shower.
