Mira Azora Tripping Pull Cord Switch

My Mira Azora stopped working. Initially the shower was getting power and the power button was half lit but no water. But now When you press the power on switch it trips the bathroom pull chord switch to off. RCD stays on.

I think you may have a faulty pull cord switch, regardless that is the first thing to check.
