So the information on the faulty TCO is as follows: 319838, T-O-D 60TF114, 6.1563.718.3.0, L52C L75C, A1628. I can't seem to find a replacement with the exact same specification. Is that a problem? If not, can you recommend a suitable replacement?

Thanks.

Ordered and delivered less than 24 hours later. All fitted and shower working fine.

Thank you very much for your help. A plumber told me I needed a complete new shower, which with fitting would have been more than £300. For the sake of spending £18 you have saved me a fortune!

You are most welcome Stephen, glad you are all working and saved yourself a pretty penny.

Unfortunately we come across this on a daily basis and its becoming more and more frequent now that tradesmen are saying you need to replace it. Its a shame because its then puts distrust in certain tradesmen.

If for any reason this safety device trips again, let us know as you could have an underlying issue that could be the flow valve causing the shower tio over heat.

Many thanks for your order.
