Shower Head Dripping

My shower head has recently started dripping, what could be the cause? It is only 3 months old, I noticed it continuously dripping about every 5-10 seconds only a few nights ago as i'm a sensitive sleeper.

Sounds like a faulty flow valve

 

The unit is still under guarantee give Mira a ring.
