shower unit cutting out

The sh owner runs for maybe five to ten minutes then cuts out ,it doesn't trip the main switch,after a short period of time we retry and it again runs for a short time and cuts out ,any suggestions please.

It may be your solenoid valve, you can check it if you have a multi meter, you should have a reading of at least k3.5 ohms, across the two terminals any less and you need a new valve. (Check the valve in the failed state.) (When it has stopped working!)

If there is power getting to the solenoid and it is not operating then there is a good chance that you have a faulty solenoid.

Hi again , we've looked at buying a Mira sport shower to replace our Azura ,can you tell me is the back plate fixing holes the same for both showers, the places we've been to don't have them in stock ,many thanks

If you are replace the shower for a Sport , www.showerdoc.com/mira-sport-2012-9-0kw-electric-shower-white-chrome-1-1746-002 , then the top screw holes are the same , but the bottom one may need re drilled.
