Mira bracket

Do you have mira brackets in chrome that when the shower head is sat in position, you can then either push the head up or down (not the slider) to get a different angle of spray ?

I am not sure I fully understand the question but I think you are referring to the angle of the shower head rather than the height if that is the case then most brackets allow you to do this, including the one that your question has come from.

The problem with that bracket is that it takes a good deal of force to adjust the angle of the head.
