903.33 - grease? high or low pressure?

(1) When fitting the cartridge, do I apply the supplied sachet of grease to just the visible moving parts ore more generally? (2) And is there a general rule-of-thumb for deciding if a high or low pressure setting is needed. Ground floor shower, and a conventional consensing boiler system. Many thanks

Apply grease to all the 'O' / sealing rings

No hard and fast rules with High and low pressure but we work on, low pressure up to 1.5 bar and high pressure above one bar.

I know that this doesn't add up but it all depends on the situation.
