How do you strip the cartridge to check the inlet filters are clean?

If you click on the link below it will take you to an exploded view of the Excel.
The temp control simply pulls off and the remaining shrouds and knobs are clipped on and to remove release the clips.
Once all these are off take out the 4 screws that secure the cartridge then it will just pull out. Remember to lubricate the seals before reassembling.
