Mira select replacement

I have recently had a combination boiler fitted to replace my central heating boiler and both my Mira select showers are struggling to deal with the water pressure increase. What is the current equivalent model which is compatible with combi boilers?

You will need to reset the back of the cartridge to high pressure. This is the setting for a combi boiler.
