Replacing Mira Shower Thermostat

After watching the video footage (to which there is a link) showing the installation procedure, and reading the instructions that came with the product, anyone would be able to make a success of this in no more than 15 minutes. The video footage is important because someone who has not attempted this before might be reluctant to pull or prize off the various pieces covering the thermostat. What I have to admit is that I could not understand what the presenter was saying, but being able to watch him do the job was sufficient. The silicone grease that accompanied the thermostat would be useful for anyone that doesn't have some to hand. I think it should be emphasised that the four seals, two circular and two elongated, should be given a smear of the grease before being positioned in their grooves. This will ensure that they don't slip out of position as the thermostat is slid into its housing.
