This question is regarding Mira Combiflow - Exposed - Shower Spares

Cold water flow

Cold water has stopped coming out of my Mira Combiflow exposed shower. I know that cold water is reaching and being pumped by the shower pump. I presume that the problem must be with the mixing of water in the Combiflow unit itself. Can you please confirm that this may be the case and what the actual problem may be and the replacement part/s required to fix it.

There are two filters in the valve housing, one for the hot , and one for the cold. You need to check that these are clean before doing anything else.
