Mira exposed Combi flow leaking

Hi, my Mira Combi flow is leaking from the shower head what do I need to fix it?

Hi

It probably just needs a new flow cartridge here is the link.

It is just possible that it needs a new Pressure Balancing Cartridge However I would replace the flow cartridge first.
