Mira 415

Hi, I have to turn the valve/control tap right back towards cold to get acceptable temp, which presumably reduces flow rate from boiler leading to flame cut out and cold water, until i turn control up then back to very hot and more fine tuning. Should the shower valve deliver factory set thermostatically controlled water temp at the stop (red override button) and would a new cartridge assembly rectify this? I have read the temp fluctuation answers, but presume these relate to static valve opening, without subsequent adjustment, so i don't think it a boiler fault. The combi boiler flow rate is set to minimum.

Yes you may need a new cartridge to solve this problem.
