Amico column shower model number B94FB

This shower is fed from a combi boiler and the mains pressure is 13bar.I,m informed by Mira that the max bar for this shower is 10bar.Houw do I reduce the pressure. There is a pressure reducing valve on the cold and I,m informed I need a mini expansion tank installed in the hot supply.Where does this fit and will these valves reduce the water pressure

It is very unusual for a pressure to be so high. If there is a PRV on the cold then it should be used to turn the pressure down further. I do not know if a mini expansion tank would solve any of the  problems.
