Mira element low pressure

My en-suite shower has been intermittently dropping in pressure; currently water is trickling out of the head. I have 2 other showers which are direct fed from the same boiler and neither of these have a water pressure problem. Is there any internal component within the mixer cartridge that could cause the pressure drop?

Check the inlet filters , part 2 on the diagram to see if they are clear and if so you may have a faulty cartridge.
