Air lock on hot water to shower

one of my mira element showers has an airlock on the hot water.

This is an external fault and nothing to do with the shower.

Have same mira element shower in bedroom beside and no issue with it.

What makes you think that there is an airlock in this shower?

its a thermostatic shower and when I turn on the shower the cold water is fine but once you turn it to the hot the water stops.

you will need to check the filter on the hot side is not blocked , and if not you may need a new cartridge.
