I'm only getting cold water from my shower

I had a Mira Element EV Thermostatic shower fitted in 2009 and initially had a salamander pump under the bath to boost the water flow but this has been removed in 2013 when I had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted. The shower has now (for a few months) been taking quite a long time to deliver warm to hot water and I have had to be turning it on and off several times to get any heat at all (wasting a lot of water). I have had the boiler serviced yearly since it's been installed and so for no problems. The shower is now running just cold water. Any suggestions what could be wrong? Do I need a new one or just new parts?

You should first check that the inlet filters are not blocked.

If these are fine then you may have a faulty cartridge.
