temperature

hi, I have a mira element ev. The shower doesn't seem as hot as it was. Inlet filters spotless and combi boiler has preset 56 degree flow and very hot at other taps so hasn't changed. As it is a fixed flow shower can the cartridge be cleaned ,adjusted or should it be replaced. The water pressure is also high. Do you think a reducer either 6 or 9 lpm would benefit.

The temperature can be adjusted down the centre of the cartridge by the use of an Allen key. A reducer of either size will affect the flow from the shower, but a PRV will lower the pressure.
