temperature problems

Not enough hot water; filter checked and new cartridge inserted, temperature adjustment done iaw instructions. still not enough hot water.

If the temperature is too cold and you have
a combination type boiler it may not be
producing sufficiently hot water at desired
flow rate (refer to ‘
Specifications’).
Fit flow
regulator (supplied) to shower valve outlet.

Hi I have a R25/35 HE combi... I am unable to locate the fit flow regulator. Can you please give further details. The hot water flow rate was set to max.

The flow regulator is shown at the bottom of the box marked as 13 , and is fitted inside the hose to reduce the flow rate.
