Check the thermal cut out on top of the heating for continuity and if open circuit it needs replaced, it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.

If the thermal cut out is ok then check resistance of the heating elements, they shoul read 11 to 18 ohms, if not then a new heating can is required, it can be ordered using this link.

If elements are ok then with shower running check there is power to the elements and if not then it is either a microswitch or the flow valve at fault. either of these can be ordered via this link.
