This question is regarding Mira Elite 2 - Shower Spares

temperature control

mira elite working but temp control refuses to go anti clockwise ,one can increase temp .when shower is turned off temp control can be turned down .i expect part no 10needs replacement .Any advice would be appreciated

Unusual fault! However from your description I think it is the flow valve ( Part 14 ) that is at fault as this is the part that controls the temperature.
