Mira escape 9.8

Hi , our shower sometimes requires repeated attempts before it will switch on and remain on. Now however the water isn't getting as hot as usual, On the 11 setting it is very cool/cold but gets bearable on the 111 setting. i.e. the water doesn't get anywhere near as hot as it used to on the max setting. When we now turn the shower off the response is no longer immediate but the water gradually gets colder and colder until the shower will finally stop Can you please assist?

From your description you appear to have two problems.

1 The flow / inlet valve assembly this is what is causing the on/off problems.

2 the heat problem is probably caused by a faulty heating tank assembly.
