Mira Escape 9.8kw fault

I have a customer with the above shower which stops with low flow fault after a couple of minutes. The shower is 4 years old they have been quoted £120 for Mira just to come out and look at shower.

The water pressure in the property is good. I wondered what was the most common reason for this fault, after a few minutes the shower resets and is able to be run again. Could it be the filter and/or thermal cut out switch? Many thanks. Dean
