This question is regarding Mira Escape - Shower Spares

Mira Escape shower head holder

The two sections of the shower head holder have come apart. This is due to the tightening screw not being tighten before it was too late. I am unable to join the two sections together again. It gives the impression that the internal thread has moved back out of reach of the screw. Please advise if I can do anything or if a new part is required.

The slider bracket uses a band to hold the slider to the rail, so this may have broken.

you may need a new one if this has happened.
