Shower won't turn off

Mira escape shower. Recent frozen pipes (? frozen shower also). Since then the on/off switch fails to turn off the heater and water flow. If I isolate the shower at the mains the heater will go off (obviously) but the water flow continues. Think I may need a new latching switch and inlet valve ?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

In your case I would replace the complete flow valve as this comes with the latching switch and solenoid
