Essentials 10.8

Water always comes through but sometimes doesn't get hot. Gets hot after switching on & off 2 or 3 times.

Check that inlet filter is clean and water pressure is ok.
If they are ok then ould suspect the flow regulator at fault , replacement can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
