Water Drip

We have an Essentials 8.5 Electric shower which is 6 years old. We appear to have a persistent drip from the bottom of the shower casing.Upon removing the front we have found no leak in the workings but water seems to seep from the area behind the Service Tunnel where the inlet assembly is situated. It looks like the Inlet Connector is leaking at the junction with the water supply. Are we looking at an expensive repair or a new unit? I am reluctant to remove the Service Tunnel as its well sealed with sealant and also not happy dealing with water pipes!!!

Check the inlet bracket is not damaged. The sealant maybe hiding a damaged area.
