Mira Essential post 1999 water drip and pressure

I have an old Mira Essential post 1999 power shower fitted by a previous owner. I have two problems with it. 1. Water always drips from the shower head. The Mira website says the following: "Drip from shower head.

Solenoid valve failure - Renew the solenoid valve assembly." But I have a feeling that they refer to the post 2002 model because I cannot see this spare part for my model at your website. Could you recommend what part I should replace to fix the water drip? 2. When I turn on the shower the pressure is often very low. To fix it I have to switch the shower ooff and on with the electrical switch next to the boiler while the water is still running. Is there any way to fix it as well?

If the pressure from the shower is low then the motor may not be running. Or the filters are blocked. The drip maybe caused by a faulty Mira Flow Control Seal Pack 209.46
