bad flow

Hi, i have the essentials model, when on the lowest flow setting the shower works fine, once turned up it sounds like the pump stops and the flow decreases instead in increases, please advise.

If the shower pump/motor is stopping when you turn the flow up then you could have a faulty potentiometer,

But I would check the filters for blockages also.
