Lack of pressure

Pressure has died, it worked once this week not too bad but has again lost pressure and pump sounds noisy. Do I need a replacement pump ? Plus sorry to be 'daft' but I'm not sure if my model is The 'Thermostatic' shower or the 'Manual' shower, how do I tell the difference, as they both look like my shower.

The difference is in the control knobs , the 2 links below will show the difference.
You definately need a new motor/pump assy and the appropriate one can be ordered online via the appropriate link.
