This question is regarding Mira Essentials Thermostatic Power Shower - post 2002 - Shower Spares

Essentials shower

Cannot turn the flow of shower down it does not turn of and the switch that controls that action just turns all the way round and does not click into the off postion All other functions are working ok.

the above item maybe damaged or have come loose from its mounting.
