Faulty pcb?

We have essentials power shower when pull switch is turned on there is a low buzzing noise coming from pcb.when the shower is turned on by the knob the motor tries to work but can't.do you think the fault is the pcb ?

Check that the brushes are ok and that the motor can turn, as you may have a faulty motor.

When turn on power the shower trips the breaker, can't really test anything as it trips straight away. Could the PCB Cause this? Can I test the PCB to verify its the problem
