Mira Essentials - no water flow, but solenoid OK?

Hello, hoping you can advise me please.

I have a Mira Essentials power shower. I think the model is post-2002, judging by your diagrams.

The shower was working well, then switched off for a couple of minutes, and when switched back on there was no water flow. Pump noise sounds fine (no straining sounds). Have checked the water supplies & filters, and the solenoid appears to have around 4k ohms across it.

Could you advise me please what has happened, and what I need to do to fix it?

Many thanks,

Robin Miller.

I would check the head and hose are not blocked, if not then I would still change the solenoid anyway with this,
