Pump brushes obsolete?

Hi there I have a Mira Essentials Thermostatic Power Shower - post 2002 and need some brushes for the motor, the part listed is obsolete ( HYDR-01103) can part No.HYDR-01102 be used as a replacement?

Yes these are obsolete and the other brushes will not fit, we are at present trying to source another supplier for these brushes
